As Head of Financial Management for the GENERALI Group’s Chief Information and Digital Officer I am currently responsible for the financial management, budgeting, prioritization and planning, of IT & Digital activities, including IT security and operations and Premises & Facilities. Moreover, I am responsible for the implementation and steering of the Group’s IT & Operations Strategy across countries through an Integrated Reporting KPI Framework of approximately 70 KPIs, discussed with our Group’s business units in more than 30 countries. From May 2014 until December 2015, I have been responsible for the Group’s Insurance Operations Performance Management in European Countries while being ad internal advisor to Group CEOs for the definition of our mid-long term strategy. Prior to that, I worked for the ALLIANZ Group, supporting the Group CEOs Strategy team (2011) and successively contributing as an expert professional to the Investments Strategy and Asset Manager Management team from 2012 until 2014. Between 2008 and 2011 I covered expert roles in banking (BANCO POPOLARE Group) and international affairs (Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs).
