The loyalty program Scandic Friends has close to 2 mil members and is market leading in engaging with the members in a connected world within the hospitality industry. Her current role includes strategy, support and overall system responsibility for the entire Scandic Hotel Group looking to optimize the customer experience while keeping the wheels turning in the backend.
Elisabeth is a 6 year veteran of Salesforce – according to Forbes Magazine the most innovative company in the world for 4 years in a row – where the always on, connected customer both in the home and in their professional life is the focus of the technology platform and services provided – from the connected tooth brush in the smart home to the office on the go.
Previously, Elisabeth was a director at Infotrends in the digital space from the early 1990s at the time when the internet came of age, building strategies for traditional print and media companies and service providers to embrace both technology and market opportunities arising from the paradigm shift. Prior to that Elisabeth was a trade journalist and managing editor of Scandinavia’s leading graphic arts magazine AGI and has worked in technical documentation for several world leading industrial companies.
