Ksenia started her career in 2004 in the role of risk and crisis manger in the mining business, then moved to Marsh and McLennan (risk professional #1 in the world).
After a few years in a consulting business, she was offered a position at PepsiCo. For over 6 years, she has been transforming the organization’s risk and crisis management systems, achieving efficiency and a safer environment for business.
From 2019 to 2022, she was responsible for marketing equipment management at PepsiCo, and they have transformed reporting systems, increased ROI and embedded image recognition capabilities into equipment efficiency calculation.
In 2022, she joined the Strategy and Digital Transformation unit and currently heads the Data-Driven organization and Store DNA streams. These streams will allow PepsiCo to take unbiased decisions faster, stay competitive, maximize NR, and mitigate risks.
